I did a custom order from this shop. I was told the product would ship by 4/29 & was sent the Etsy tracking info on 4/29. When I still hadn’t received the product on 5/23 & the Etsy tracking info still said “not shipped,” I requested a refund to which the seller never responded. I finally received the product over Memorial Day weekend (5/25ish). However, my wedding was that weekend and I had already left town so I did not get the product in time for my wedding. I was still not refunded. The product itself was beautiful, but the customer service was not great.
