We ordered a cake topper for our wedding. It was a bit of an afterthought I will admit, but it was supposed to arrive with plenty of time before the wedding. We waited until the estimated deliver day, and when it didn’t arrive and shipping never made it out of the “label was created” stage we wrote to the seller. “I’ll check on that” was the only message we received. After another week of no follow up we attempted to file a claim through Etsy. This opened a case, to which the seller replied promptly (probably due to the 48 hour mandatory window). Yet again this went no where besides “when do you need it by?”. Which shouldn’t matter. So needless to say we cancelled the order and received a refund. This seller does not care enough about the orders that are received to even bother shipping them. Long story long, buyer beware.
