Had really high expectations for this item based on other reviews. At first, item didnโt ship for days. It said label generated but never given to post office. I was in a time crunch so I messaged seller and it finally sent, then when I received the item it was poorly crafted. I was kind of shocked the seller initially sent the first item to begin with based on how it arrived for me. No quality assurance. You could barely read the lettering. I had seller resend and it literally arrived the day I needed it. It was better quality, however, the sign had trouble standing up. However, good customer service and tried hard to resolve my issues.

We absolutely LOVED our purchase from this store. It arrived quickly and everything looked great. It's both classy and rustic. The sign itself looks very high quality, the letters were all clear, and it seems very well made. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had to get another sign made. Lorena, the seller responded quickly and was very accommodating of my custom order. Everything was quick and easy. The customer service was excellent. I can't wait to use the signs at our wedding.
