Everything came out beautifully, the items needed to be aired out as they carry a smoky smell. Communication wasn't as easy as I hoped but Lorena delivered with my tight turn around deadline as she agreed to before placing my order. Thanks Lorena!

Had really high expectations for this item based on other reviews. At first, item didnโt ship for days. It said label generated but never given to post office. I was in a time crunch so I messaged seller and it finally sent, then when I received the item it was poorly crafted. I was kind of shocked the seller initially sent the first item to begin with based on how it arrived for me. No quality assurance. You could barely read the lettering. I had seller resend and it literally arrived the day I needed it. It was better quality, however, the sign had trouble standing up. However, good customer service and tried hard to resolve my issues.
