I am so disappointed with this seller. I messaged her ahead of time and asked if the item would arrive by the date I needed. She assured me it would. So I placed my order that day after her response. When I received shipping notification it said it would arrive 3 days after the date I asked for. I messaged to see if faster shipping was used. No response. I have since sent several messages and never received a response. I even asked if I could return the unopened item for a refund. It isnt a custom piece so she could resale it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not trust this shop and seller!! :( $40 wasted and a banner that will never be used. It breaks my heart and also angers me that someone can be like this.
