It repeatedly took days for the seller to respond to my simple inquiries. Once we finally received our keychain, I was underwhelmed. We have a few keychains like this from other sellers that look much nicer. The lettering doesn’t look smoothly cut and the white letters look dirty all around the edges. I’m disappointed, but it gets the job done so I’m hoping it will at least last on my daughter’s water bottle and not break.

I LOVED every item I received. My daughter loves her name tag for her backpack and her name of the magnets for her artwork on our fridge. Great quality and super cute!
