Ordered this item for my daughter's birthday, item had not shipped so I reached out to seller who said that it had although the tracking information stated it was still in pre transit. Reached out to seller again who just stopped responding. Was able to get a refund through Etsy. Not sure what happened on the seller's end - seemed like they just did no care about the order? Bad experience unfortunately.

Never received this item and when I messaged the seller they responded once after having to message multiple times after they replied saying they would โcheck on itโ 2 days went by and never heard anything. Lack of communication, I was very disappointed as I was so excited for this item for my sons first birthday.
